WHAT WE DO WHEN WE ARE NOT RESPONDING TO DISASTERS
PEACE TIME:As defined, a time when there are no disasters or emergencies. What does CART do during "Peace Time?" We use this time to train volunteers and to educate the public. CART believes that the responsibility for a pet's safety during disaster, lies with the pet owner. We are dedicated to educating the public on the importance of planning BEFORE disaster strikes for their families and their pets.
